Light and Shadow 

When I started taking photographs I was instinctively or intuitively attracted to light and shadow, which I believe is fundamental to photography. To me, light and shadow demonstrates the passage of time and the ephemeral or ever-changing nature of life. Shadows can also represent threats, both external and internal. Shadows can even depict transcendence, those moments when we feel at peace with ourselves or perhaps enlightened. These are the themes that I try to explore while photographing light and shadow.
