James ZallFor the last dozen years, I've been photographing bits and pieces of my surroundings and displaying the results in local galleries. Although I started with a traditional film camera and lenses, I now often use lensless pinhole cameras or simple plastic film cameras. In 2011, I was selected to participate in the Cambridge Center for Adult Education's first Community Supported Art program. My work has recently been shown in Again: Reflections and Photography at the PhotoPlace Gallery in Middlebury, Vermont and in the 5th International Plastic Camera Show at the Rayko Photo Center in San Francisco. More of my work can be seen at jameszall.com.
